Here´s a nice soul album from the Sim-Aires out of Florida from 1974 on the ABC Label.
Can´t find any information about this guys, but it´s a nice album with some soulful vocals.

Once a file is 128 you can't make it better - even if you convert it to 320, it'll still be the same quality file but just a larger size.
